On Dec.9, 2021, we were very pleased to welcome Dr. Evelie Serrano, Associate Professor and Director, Institute for Governance and Rural Development, College of Public Affairs and Development, University of Philippines Los Banos. Dr. Serrano shared her insights on achievements and challenges of SDG4 in the Philippines. Students of this class raised questions to Dr. Serrano. And they had exchange about critical issues on education development of the Philippines. It was a precious opportunity for us to learn from Dr. Serrano about SDG4 in the context of Philippines. And the lecture echoed many shared issues of quality and inclusive education for all in Asia-pacific region.
